Wonen

The home

The apartment is on the second floor. Through the hallway you have access to all rooms. On the left you enter the kitchen immediately. This modern kitchen from 2013 has several appliances including a 4-burner gas hob with extractor hood, oven and dishwasher. There is also room for a fridge-freezer; the SMEG refrigerator/freezer may be taken over. The kitchen also offers enough space for a large dining table and is in open connection with the living room.

In the living room a number of atmospheric details jump directly into the eye. The fireplace, ornamental frames and ornaments give the space a lot of character and together with the authentic stained glass ensure a warm appearance. In combination with the sleek stucco, neat painting and the beautiful oak lamel parquet floor, an attractive and well-kept living space is created. Thanks to the large windows it is also a wonderfully light space.

There is also room for a workplace in the living room. This place is currently part of the open space, but can be closed relatively easily to create a separate workspace. To give an impression of this possibility, an impression has been added to the photos. Of course it is also an option to make this a second bedroom!
